TopLine Machinery Warranty Information

At TopLine Machinery, we stand behind the engineering and material quality of every item we build. We provide a comprehensive limited warranty against manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Coverage Periods

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase:

• Coupler brackets and Mounting Systems : Covered for one (1) full year.
• Quick Couplers & Adapters: Covered for 180 days.
• Hydraulic Hoses: Covered for 30 days.

What is Covered

This limited warranty covers operational failures caused solely by defective materials or workmanship. If a product fails due to a factory defect within its specified coverage window, TopLine Machinery will, at its sole discretion:

1. Repair the product using new components.
2. Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model.
3. Refund the original purchase price paid.

What is Not Covered

To maintain fairness and keep prices low, our warranty does not cover issues resulting from external factors. This warranty is strictly void if the product has been:

• Improperly Installed: Damaged during installation or paired with incompatible machinery thread/sizes.
• Abused or Misused: Operated beyond rated pressure capacities (PSI) or maximum flow rates.
• Modified: Altered, customized, disassembled, or repaired by a third party without prior authorization.
• Neglected: Damaged by system fluid contamination, corrosion, rust, or lack of standard maintenance.

Critical Exclusions

• Labor & Third-Party Costs: TopLine Machinery does not cover third-party technician labor, diagnostic fees, installation services, or equipment downtime costs.
• Original Purchaser Only: This warranty applies only to the original consumer and is non-transferable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an operational failure, please follow these steps:

1. Gather Documentation: Take clear photos or video of the failing component alongside your original order number.
2. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team to submit your claim details.
3. Return Authorization: If your claim is approved for inspection, you will receive an RMA number. Do not ship components back without this number.
