At TopLine Machinery, we want you to order with complete confidence. If a part does not fit your machinery or meet your expectations, we make it easy to get a full refund.

Here at Topline Machinery, we charge zero restocking fees on eligible returns.

60-Day Return Window

You can return any new, unused, and uninstalled item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a full refund, items must fulfill the following criteria:

• Unused Condition: Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and free from fluid residue.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original box with all included parts or documentation.
• Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original sales receipt or order number is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Request an RMA: Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack Your Items: Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Quick Refunds

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method.
